Balancing family, work and sport is how I process the world. Having the right energy and mental focus to perform in business, keep an athletic body and feel strong, all while I manage to spend quality time with my family, these are the elements that contribute to my overall happiness.

But a little over a year ago, something shifted. My energy was off, my recovery took longer, and my focus — which used to be razor sharp — felt scattered. Even outside the gym, I wasn’t myself. My mood dipped. My work performance decreased. I didn’t know it at the time, but my testosterone levels had taken a serious hit.

When I got the bloodwork back, it made sense — but it also hit hard. I wasn’t ready to let go of who I was, but I also didn’t want to throw myself into something extreme. I needed support, not a shortcut. That’s when I started taking Play Harder from LongevityMethod. Slowly, things started to come back. After the first couple of weeks, I felt a quiet shift — more steady energy, more clarity. Then strength. Then drive. I wasn’t dragging myself into work or training anymore.

By the second month, I felt like I was back in the game of life mentally, not just physically. The recovery was better, my aggression and confidence returned, and even my sleep — something I never used to think about — felt deeper. Most of all, I felt alignedwith myself again. Not chasing youth, not forcing anything — just returning to who I know I am. For any guy out there who’s been feeling that quiet burnout, wondering where his edge went... I’ve been there. This helped me find it again.
