You’ve invested in premium, scientifically formulated supplements to support your healthspan. But are you getting their full benefits?
This is a vital question most health connoisseurs forget to ask themselves. And when, after months of taking a supplement, they don’t feel any difference, they start to wonder if the supplement even works. Has this ever happened to you? Have you ever stopped to ask, “How to increase a supplement’s bioavailability?”
Yes, there is a lot of over-hyped junk being sold in the market with the tag of “supplement,” and not all of them work. But those that do work might not be working as well because you are not taking them correctly. You see, it’s not just about what you take, but in how and when you take it.
Most supplements fail because the body doesn’t absorb them fully. Proper timing and strategic pairing can work wonders in this regard. While we can’t speak for every supplement out there, we can talk about factors that will increase the cellular absorption of our premium supplements.
Let’s get into it.
Absorption determines efficacy.
If your supplements are absorbed fully, they work fully. By making a few tweaks to your routine and diet, you can see how their bioavailability increases. Just take your Longevity Method supplements at the same time daily and give your cells what they need to perform at their best. You’ll feel the difference very soon.
The small intestine absorbs most oral supplements, much like any food or drink you consume. The extent of supplement absorption depends on several factors that vary from person to person, like how long it spends in your gastrointestinal (GI) tract.
Our longevity supplements are made for maximum bioavailability.
Our supplements are best absorbed when taken with food. Almost all the supplements should be taken early in the day, after breakfast or lunch. Only Sleep Better should be taken later, after dinner. For better cellular absorption, we advise not to take our supplements on an empty stomach.
To learn how to increase supplement absorption, you also need to learn about complementary nutrients. For example, if the supplement you are taking has fat-soluble vitamins, it’ll be absorbed better if you also take some healthy fat with it, like olive oil or almond butter.
Instructions on how our supplements should be taken are provided with each product.
